Delivery options

We ship parcels with the national postal company, unless the customer requests another way.

The Ukrainian national postal company sends parcels to your country. Your country's national postal company meets the shipment and delivers the packages to the recipients.

In their country, the customer receives the parcel at the office of the local national postal company or receives the parcel at home from the hands of the courier.

At the time of sending the parcel, we provide you with a tracking number to identify the parcel.

Our parcels are sent from Ukraine. At this time, civil aviation does not deliver cargo from Ukraine. Parcels are sent by ground to a neighboring country and loaded onto an aircraft in neighboring country. For this reason, delivery may take longer.

Information for Europeans: Many of our clients use the services of private carriers. Bus drivers who carry out regular flights from Ukraine to European countries deliver parcels along the way. This method is very convenient and fast. If you live in a European country and would like to receive your parcel via a private carrier, please let us know.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the distance to your country. and is calculated on the website of the national postal company on an online calculator.

The larger the package, the more favorable the shipping cost.

Delivery timing

Delivery time to your country may take 7 days, and may also take 20+ days.  It depends on many factors, including: the distance from our country, the number of waypoints on the route, the rules of the postal company in your country. The Ukrainian postal company sends the parcels, and the postal company of your country meets the parcels and delivers it to the recipient. The speed of delivery depends on the speed of your postal company.

Placing an order

Place an order on our website. Please note the total order amount: shipping costs are not included and will be added after the package is packaged and weighed.

Receiving a parcel from the postal company.

We will provide you a tracking number, нou can track your parcel on the Ukrainian Post website.

When the package arrives in your country, delivery will be carried out by your country's national post office (or its private partners). You can also track this track number on your national postal website.

We do not deliver parcels personally to clients; we use the services of a postal company. The postal company bears full responsibility for the delivery and integrity of the parcel. Therefore, we strongly recommend checking the parcel upon receipt for damage or shortages. On our part, we guarantee you careful packaging of all goods so that the goods reach you intact. Upon receipt of your parcel, we strongly recommend that you unpack and carefully inspect the contents. If damaged or missing items are found, a claim must be made AT THE MOMENT OF RECEIPT of the parcel.

Goods that may not survive transportation well:

Glass objects (bottles); liquids in plastic or glass containers; any fragile items that could be damaged by shaking; liquids that do not withstand low temperatures (frost) or pressure changes in the cargo compartment of an aircraft. In addition, if depressurized, liquid goods can damage the contents of the package as a whole.

We can guarantee that the goods will be carefully packaged, but we cannot guarantee that the post office and couriers delivering the parcel to your address will handle the parcel with care.

In addition, airport security may not allow a parcel containing liquids in large bottles to board, mistaking it for dangerous cargo. In this case, the parcel will be returned to the point of departure. The postal company will not refund the delivery fee even if the delivery service has not been completed.

In the vast majority of cases, our clients safely receive parcels with such goods. But when ordering goods that do not tolerate transportation well, we recommend that you carefully weigh the risks.

После того как Вы оформите заказ на нашем сайте, наши сотрудники его соберут, взвесят и дадут Вам общую сумму (заказ + доставка).

Мы не можем назвать даже приблительную стоимость пересылки, пока не увидим список товаров, который Вы хотите получить. Как указано выше, стоимость пересылки зависит от веса.

Чем больше посылка, тем выгоднее стоимость пересылки по отношению к весу.

Варианты и сроки доставки:

По умолчанию посылки отправляются национальной почтой, если клиент не укажет другой способ.

Срок доставки зависит от почтовой компании. Чаще всего наши клиенты получают посылки в диапазоне от 7 до 20 дней.

Украинская почта отправляет посылки, а национальная почта Вашей страны встречает груз и доставляет его получателю. Вы получите посылку в отделении почты или курьерской доставкой (зависит от особенностей Вашей национальной почты).

При отправлении посылкы мы предоставим Вам трек-номер для отслеживания посылки.

Мы не доставляем посылки лично клиентам, мы пользуемся услугамы почтовой компании. Полную ответственность за доставку и целостность посылки несет почтовая комания. Поэтому мы настоятельно рекомендуем проверять посылку в момент получения на предмет повреждения или недостачи. С нашей стороны мы гарантируем Вам тщательную упаковку всех товаров, чтобы товары дошли до Вас в целости. 

В европейский страны возможен вариант отправления частными перевозчиками, которые осущетсвляют регулярные автобусные рейсы. Это очень удобно и быстро. Для детальной информации обратитесь к нам напрямую.

Получение посылки от почтовой компании.

Как указано выше, мы отправляем посылки почтой или другим доступным способом, который укажет клиент. Принимая посылку к транспортировке, почта берет на себя ответственность за посылку. При получении посылки мы настоятельно рекомендуем Вам распаковать и тщательно осмотреть содержимое. При обнаружении поврежденных предметов или недостачи следует предъявыть претензию В МОМЕНТ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ посылки. 

Товары, которые могут плохо перенести транспортировку:

Предметы из стекла (флаконы); жидкости в пластиковой или стекляной таре; любые хрупкые предметы, которые могут повредиться от тряски; жидкости, которые плохо переносят низкие температуры (мороз) или перепады давления в грузовом отсеке самолета. Кроме того, при разгерметизации текучие товары могут повредить содержимое посылки в целом.

Мы можем гарантировать тщательную упаковку товаров, но мы не можем гарантировать, что почта и курьеры, доставляющие посылку по Вашему адресу, будут бережно обращаться с посылкой.

Кроме того, охрана аэропорта может не допустить на борт посылку с жидкостями в больших бутылках, приняв это за опасный груз. В этом случае посылка вернется в точку отправления. Почтовая компания не вернет плату за доставку, даже если услуга доставки не была выполнена.

В подавляющем большинстве случаев наши клиенты благополучно получают посылки с такими товарми. Но заказывая товары, которые плохо переносят транспортировку, мы рекомендуем Вам тщательно взвесить риски.

Гарантыйный ремонт/обмен

Все электроприборы, которые продаются в нашем магазине, имеют оригинальное происхождение и имеют гарантийный срок. Кроме того, все приборы перед отправкой тщательно проверяются. Мы обязуемся выполнить гарантийные обязательства. Но мы не берем на себя оплату транспортировки электроприбора из-за границы для гарантийного ремонта или обмена. Заказывая товар из другой страны, Вы должны осознавать риски, связанные со сложностью обмена или ремонта подобных товаров.
